Hi! My name is Abrey Adams-Watterson. I am a Certified, Professional, Empowerment, Life Coach, L.D.D.A Technician with the Rapid Eye Institute and Level 1 REDI 4 Wholeness practitioner. I am a highly intuitive light worker. I help others to identify faulty core beliefs, destructive patterns and trapped emotions so that these things can be healed, released and transformed.
I have been a Professional Photographer in Southern Idaho for 14 years. 5 years ago I found my mental and physical health declining. Suffering for many years from depression, anxiety and insomnia, I knew something needed to change. Fearful of the side effects of medications and traditional treatment, I began my journey with alternative healing. Through this experience I have discovered and cultivated my own spiritual strengths and gifts.
I have learned how trapped trauma and emotions can create a physical disruption in the body that can lead to disease. I have experienced powerful shifts and improvements from doing my own inner emotional cleanup. By doing so I have been able to create more harmony and balance in my life. I have studied my own healing journey intensively and recognize the profound impact that healing has had on my life.
I love people and have a great desire to help others break free from that which no longer serves them. I create a safe space without judgement for others to explore their pain, and provide solutions to work through it. I utilizes many safe and effective modalities, such as coaching, rapid eye technology and sound healing to assist others in emotional, physical, mental, generational and spiritual breakthroughs. Teamed up with my clients I assist them in reclaiming their own personal power to create a life that promotes alignment, growth, elevation, connection, healing, and restoration.
I am very passionate about expanding my knowledge in healing and wellness. It is my hope that she can empower others, inspire hope, healing, wholeness and lasting change with my gifts and the skills I have learned.
